Rates & Dates November 15-March 31 $150.00-$200.00 per night. Double Occupancy. April 1-November 15 $145.00 per night. Double Occupancy. $10.00 per night per person for additional Guests. $200.00 Reservation Deposit Required within 7 Days of Booking. $200.00 Reservation Deposit refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival & your dates are rebooked. Full payment due no later than 60 Days prior to your Arrival date. There are no refunds after full payment is received unless we are able to rebook your reserved dates. A 25% rebooking fee will be charged to you if we are able to rebook your dates. 14 Nights Minimum or Cleaning Fee of $100.00 applies. Hawaii State Taxes of 13.42% applies.
